“So the people believed; and when they heard that The Lord was concerned about the sons of Israel and that He had seen their affliction, then they bowed low and worshipped” (Exodus 4:31).
In the end, all we really want is the assurance that somehow God is involved in all of this. I think most people understand that the afflictions of life and sufferings of the world are the result of a broken creation. Knowing this, and more still, that God has a historical and proven track record of redeeming people and circumstances, let us keep our head down and continue worshipping Him. By this response, we become more aware of his presence and provision.
